The Story Behind It
She went years without answers. Then everything changed.
Summer Hamilton spent most of her life either without Hashimoto's Disease or without knowing she had it. Chronic low energy. Difficulty getting pregnant. Unexplained weight gain despite eating well and staying active. At one point — full-body hives and rashes that no one could explain.
It wasn't until she was pregnant with their second son that blood work finally revealed the truth. In that moment, everything changed. Immediate action was taken — and the journey toward real health began.
What followed wasn't a quick fix. It was a complete reimagining of how the Hamilton family eats, moves, and lives. Whole foods. Organic ingredients. Anti-inflammatory cooking. Functional fitness. And a deep dive into biohacking and optimization that continues today.
